Parameters:
- Title – There you can add the title.
- Subtitle – There you can add the subtitle
- Date – There you can add the date.
- Contact form – There you can add your form id from shortcode Contact Form 7 Plugin.
- Style for button – There you can select the style of the button.
- Extra class name – If you wish to style particular content element differently, then use this field to add a class name and then refer to it in your CSS file
